Sleeps 2-5. Maximum of 4 adults with 3 separate sleeping areas.

Good quality double sofa bed in lounge.

Large (2m) single discreet high sleeper in hall with storage underneath.

There is an additional futon in the lounge suitable for an over night guest in addition to 5 people (linen extra for this)

Kitchen has a 4 ring hob, small oven, microwave/grill combo unit, fridge and dishwasher.

Lounge has a double sofa bed (good mattress), TV/DVD unit, table, 4 chairs, 2 stools and chest of drawers. Wi Fi internet access is also available on request.

Bedroom has an excellent double bed. Wardrobes are built in to a unit surrounding the bed, providing individual storage.

Hall has a special, custom built, high sleeper with substantial storage underneath it.

Linen is available.
